Holy Cow Dennis Miller just tore Harry Reid into little pieces and flushed him down the toilet.

Just look at Mallard Fillmore and Doonesbury. All what Doonesbury can do is make fun of Bush; Mallard can do a wide range of issues. And as far as writing goes Mallard is filled with interesting and quirky characters while doones’ characters can only are only as deep as they need to be to make cheap cracks at conservatives. As you can see, no comparison what so ever.
How does he do it? LOL!
After all of the chat yesterday, I forgot about it until 10:16! I tuned in during the ACLU commercial about the Boy Scouts.
I got to see Miller’s rant, which was brilliant, as usual. Loved the line about drawing a chalk line around Reid. What was his tag line? He appeared to be finished, the audience was applauding, and then he muttered something else. Do you know what he said?
The interview with the sensitive man and his wife was quite disappointing. As with most interviews that I have seen, the premise is amusing, but the skit drags out to about twice the length that it needs to be and becomes tedious.
Sorry, but, for me, this series has yet to become compelling. I really like comedy, but it must be well done — and clean — to claim my time.
I thought Miller was right on about Reid, although I thought his presentation was extremely mean spirited. It reminded me of something a person would write in a poison pen letter, except we know who the sender is.
I don't think this is going to get Miller any extra points...but maybe he doesn't want any extra points.
Miller really gave it to Reid....he hit him square between the eyes.
Reid must be reeling today.

I have seen it and I think it will fail - unless they get some better talent able to pull this off...
They are trying to make a conservative version of Colbert or Daily Show and it wont work because conservatives are too smart to fall for the mindless idiocy that passes for humor with democraps.
Watch Daily or Colbert and see if it doesn get your blood boiling, and also make you sad for the stupidity of the people who find it funny AND BELIEVE IT AS NEWS
This is the same reason liberal talk shows fail- liberals are too stupid to hold intelligent converstaion.

I can’t find one now, but last week’s video is on you tube and at Fox, so my guess is sooner or later Dennis miller’s portion of last night’s show will be on you tube and/or Fox.

I recorded the 6/10 show and just now got around to watching it.
Wow! I thought this show was very good. They have gotten better and better. Each skit was right on and very conservative.
Even the one with the sensitive husband and bored wife was wonderful - uncomfortable to watch, but that’s because it was so true.
This was better than SNL in it’s good years. I’m very impressed.
