Not a sure thing that he is illegal, but with three different first names in court records, it sure seems suspicious. My question is, how can a person get into the legal system and use different names and get away with it?

I don’t know about this guy, but all Mexicans have two last names, their father’s and then their mother’s. So Juan Lopez Solis gets arrested. In some places he will be listed as Juan Lopez. In others, Juan Solis. When I lived in El Paso they were always losing people in the county jail because they would have them listed under both names. A judge might order Juan Lopez released, but the jailer who went to get him out would ask for Juan Solis, a name to which the person didn’t answer. It causes all kinds of problems. I suspect in this case the guy is illegal and is deliberately offering different names to the police just to ensure he couldn’t be traced.

it’s as simple as changing the spelling or a digit or two of a SSAN to repair your own credit or avoid arrest due to live warrants. Computers are powerful and invasive, but they are not smart.....common-sense dishonesty defeats them regularly (stating the obvious here, LOL)

Basically, the nasty truth that is never mentioned is this— seal off the borders and deport the illegals, and the country, overnight, would be turned into a giant Disneyland. You could walk down the street naked, with 20 dollar bills covering your flesh, and you would have a nice stroll in peace.

I remember years back going to the Texas Employment Agency. I literally saw a red carpet laid out on the floor and agency workers actually escorting illegals up to the desk areas. I was behind one who decided he couldn’t wait and came over to our unadorned and unescorted side. Apparently, the girl was asking for a ss card. To my disbelief he pulled out 3 of them which the girl behind the counter thought was hilarious. Now do you wonder?
