I remember seeing an interview with Selleck where he mentioned he was offered the lead in “Raiders of the Lost” before Ford was offered the lead roll but turned it down because he felt committed to “Magnum P I.” How his life would have changed if he had accepted that role. Of course he has not done that badly.
