Israel Prime Minister Ehud Olmert said: "Islamic Jihad terrorists, using a vehicle camouflaged with television insignia, attempted to infiltrate Israel at the Kisufim junction by taking advantage of the special sensitivity of Israel - a country which upholds democratic values by allowing the media to function with freedom and independence www.fpa.org.il/?categoryId=406 in the most sensitive of areas.

This was not the first attempt in recent weeks in which terrorist organizations have attempted to perpetrate attacks by taking advantage of Israel’s respect for basic moral norms. The Israel Government and the security establishment view this incident with utmost gravity. The Cabinet decided to request that the Knesset expedite discussion of the aforesaid amendments.

The Cabinet amended the procedures for selecting the Attorney General.

Israel Defense Minister Peretz and Deputy Defense Minister Ephraim Sneh discussed the 14.4.07 Cabinet decision in which the Defense Ministry was assigned overall responsibility for the Home Front in times of emergency.

Prime Minister Olmert noted that concern for the Home Front has been on the Government’s agenda for several months in order to overcome gaps that were created over many years. He added that the Government has transferred - and is transferring - considerable funds to install, repair and refurbish shelters in both the north and the south.

Hell, they've used live teenagers before, to sneak high-power bombs into religious celebrations.

They plumb the depths of demon-inspired imagination to discover the most vile and disgusting acts of hatred in modern history.

Absolutely right. They used a Down's Syndrome teenager to carry a bomb, and a couple used their baby as a decoy for another bomb.

If there was a Nobel Prize for "Vile and Disgusting Acts of Hatred" ... (come to think of it, there is. Its called the "Nobel Peace Prize")
