My concern about this letter is that the war protesters seem to have had access to the private home addresses of members of our military. How did they come by the names and addresses and is there a civil servant that has breached security??????

They used a mass mailing, the same as a supermarket flyer.

From the article:

"The mailing, addressed simply to the occupant of homes on and around the army base, was paid for by anti-war groups based in Quebec City, Montreal and Gatineau."
