Considering Farah all but endorsed him today, it's suprising that they would run such a story.

Have at it Fredheads.

So Fred is lying when he says he confesses faith in Christ?

I wouldn’t care if he hadn’t been in a church since 1973, I’d still vote for him over McCain.

Ask WND. They wrote it.

I couldn't care less about his religion. I'm not voting for "Guy Who Bellows Loudest About His Faith". We've seen where that gets us--how many here were praising Bush to the heavens for his faith, who now bash him here on FR? How many love Ronald Reagan, who rarely attended services?

Faith should be private. I'm not voting for First Bible Thumper. I'm voting for President.

If he was a declared atheist I’d vote for him over Rudy.

is Mrs Clinton challenged on her (lack of) faith?

Is Harry reid (the same as Mitts, BTW)

Is John F'n Cary

How about your boy Duncan?

Ooops. Forgot to ask about Obama's ad nauseaum.

Get over it media. It's not an issue.

Rhetorical question.

Same here.
Whether a president goes to church or not will NOT keep me one whit safer than I was before 9/11.

Odd story.

They have an unusual definition of "fornication" . . . wouldn't it have to be "adultery"?

And aren't a couple usually married in the bride's church?

If this is the worst they can find, I'm not particularly impressed.

Wonder who's stoking these stories? Hillary? Romney? Giuliani's in a glass house and can't throw stones.

Since none are “Bible thumpers” in the race, you should be happy with the selection.

I wonder why these religious conservatives are so suspicious. Clinton did a great show of being religious and attending church. If Fred Thompson violated any law of God and Man, they ought to show where he did those deeds - and when.

Just because one does not go to church does not make one a non-believer. I believe in Christ, I am a Christian- and I do not go to church. Why? Organized religion scares me simply because my experience has been that churches are full of hypocrites. I will attend a church when I find one where members do not judge those who attend.

And here we have yet another holier-than-thou type questioning someone's belief in Christ. *SIGH*

There’s a list of Democrats I’d vote for over Rudy. Zell Miller would be at the top of the list.

I didn’t know that belief in Christ REQUIRED you to attend church?

Going to church does not make you a Christian any more than going to a garage makes you a mechanic.

“First, Focus on the Family founder James Dobson was reported to have said the Republican presidential hopeful is not a real Christian.”

Tend to your own knitting Jimmie. This lapsed Catholic is voting for Fred.
