Agree. If they did have, the wall would already be built. How on earth can the govt be trusted to enforce new immigration laws, when so many already in place have been ignored and getting us to where we are now. Were the laws IN PLACE enforced, we wouldn’t have the illegals here.

Frankly, I don’t think they plan on building the wall. After all, former Presidente Fox said a wall would be built over his dead body. The White House is so desperate over this, they would probably prefer that we focus on Global Warming right now.
