Note that Kennedy has skillfully prevented the bill from sharing information about illegals with law enforcement. And you, Mr. Chertoff, have zero credibility after your statements that enforcement is "impossible," and "we are bowing to reality."

That's funny, the IRS and a host other government agencies don't have problem getting access.
