...I would fully support such a measure if I thought it could work, which it would’nt. It would be like standing at the edge of the pool promising each other you’ll jump in on the count of 3. Then you jump in and your friend is standing there.

That will only work on the day that we all have so little to lose that we do not care. Individually, doing it will only land you in jail, with a story in the media labeling you as a nutjob. Taxes will have to rise up to the killing level before enough people will have had enough.
Start with mailing multiple notices to ALL IRS offices, the same you send returns to, stating if this bill becomes law, you will stop paying taxes. Now, these notices must be mailed by the millions, in duplication to every IRS office and what the hell send a copy to the POTUS. Remember the Send A BRICK
