Scrambled Eggs -

McCain got his brains scrambled as a POW. It happens.
A casualty of war. Bush got his brains scrambled in the WOT. Previous wrong headed thinking is accentuated.

Anyone who has lost a parent or other immediate family can identify with what the next 6 to 12 months brought.

Fighting ragheads, the war obstructionists and the MSM
has taken its toll. He’s not the same man he was. The bodysnatchers hatched a GWB pod. Damaged goods he is and should be at best ‘kindly retired’.

This still does not forgive the NWO (Nazi World Order)
elitists who must be purged from high government, the bureaucratic oligarchists down to the lowest NWO clerk.

This is Revolution from the top down.

It’s waiting for the passage of S.1348. Let’s not hold it up any longer.

Wrong again. Duncan Hunter's Fence bill was already signed into law by Bush last year.

It was called The Secure Fence Act.

Geez, you are clueless.

Just how does importing and legalizing various diseases we had wiped out here, dangerous gangs, foreign criminals, more poverty and drugs, make America a “better” place?

Right.

I support immigrant ion. My ancestors were immigrants.

I oppose open borders, illegal invaders and Bush’s Rent-A-Slave Program (A.K.A. “Guest” workers).

That has my support.

If Republicans brought articles of impeachmnet forward against this guy for failing to uphold his oath of office and conspiring with a foreign power - Mexico - to violate our borders, it would help us in 2008.

Not that it would have a chance of going anywhaere - the DemocRats KNOW he is their secret weapon in 2008!

“President Bush obviously realizes that the underlying opposition to undocumented Americans is of a racial nature.”

Here we go. I don’t see you supporting immigrants from Africa, Europe or Asia.

I don’t see you standing up for black Americans whose jobs are being taken from them by your favored “Hispanic” group.

You wear the racist label well.

BTW, say hello to your buddies at the DNC, the party of slavery, segregation, Jim Crow laws, lynchings and general overall racism.

Right_in_Virginia,

The leftists in this movement will never admit their racism. You accurately pointed it out for them.

Good job. I thought you were serious at first. I have used the same tactic. It works very well with people who are still undecided on an issue. Please don’t stop posting. Continue insulting the legal citizens of this sovereign nation. Opposition to the criminal, illegal, foreign national trespassers increases every time you post.

President Bush obviously realizes that the underlying opposition to undocumented Americans is of a racial nature.

Undocumented Americans, wow, that's a dead giveaway! So Illegal Aliens now are undocumented Americans? I can absolutely say unequivicolly this kind of B.S. rhetoric will get you absolutley know where!

Look, obviously your comment is meant to stir up emotion, and it does, but it's also an indiction that Bush and you know this bill is absolutely abysmally wrong!

If Bush doesn't want to side with the majority of his base and complete boarder security FIRST before rewarding people who have broken the law with a FREE PASS to citizenship, then you both can go pound sand! It's that simple.

What about their proof of health, and financial stability as I had to provide?

The same with my Japanes daughter-in-law....not to mention the thousands of dollars, mountains of paper work, hiring an immigration attorney and an independant source in the U.S. to translate documents from Japanes to English, and then there were various trips for interviews.

You are an idiot.

"UNDOCUMENTED AMERICANS" was the EXACT phrase used by Democratic Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid on the Senate floor when debating the bill.

That idiot is a troll.

Freepers love English speaking educated legal immigrants like you. We obviously don’t like being inundated by illegal aliens who are uneducated and don’t speak English. Many of the illegal Central Americans/Mexicans don’t even speak Spanish but speak Indian dialects. I was in Lake Worth FL and I thought I was in a Guatemalan Indian village

conspiring with a foreign power - Mexico - to violate our borders

Bush's objective was not primarily directed at undermining the US per se. Rather, the intent was to achieve the rare domestic double-header of strong economic growth & low inflation. Bush needed a strong economy so the MSM could only fight him on the WoT; if he had a two-front war, who knows if we'd still be in Iraq?

The way to do that is exactly the way he did: flood the country with low skill (ie low wage) workers, who in turn increase demand (ie economic growth) across the board. I'm not sure if he knew it would happen, but once he saw the results, there was no way he was going to turn off the spigot.

(Of course, this is all short-term P&L effect. The longer term balance sheet items, like disease, school/jail crowding, slums, etc will all be paid by someone else long after he's gone.)

The amnesty push is a result of some misguided sense of obligation. What he really should be doing is sending them packing. Each side used & abused the other - we got cheap labor, they got foreign remittances, but now it's time for them to go home.

I'm not convinced Bush is some evil NAU conspirator - I've always suspected the main problem is that he has a low IQ. This whole amnesty push essentially proves the point.

Just curious...

I know it is Duncan Hunter's bill.
I know he worked & promoted and sweated & achieved this bill...

...So why isn't he in the picture?
