“...violating the very mmigration laws he was entrusted to enforce?”
If THAT’S a crime, why is BUSH still at large?
Under the new Amnesty law these folks would have gotten a Z-Visa.
Its certainly unhealthy for a member of the Border Patrol to break the laws they are supposed to enforce. However I am not sure he needs to go to jail for it.
Here is where I get in trouble. It is starting to appear to me that most of the Border Patrol are Hispanic.
Now this is probably a good thing as they speak the language of those they have to deal with. But then again ,Maybe it isnt so good.
Sutton is nothing more than a terrorist in a three piece suit. He’s Bush’s Eichmann.
I call Godwin’s Law! Thread over. LOL

So does Whorealdo.......speaking of “spanish”, imagine HIM running for some public office one day soon, when “spanish” speakers wrongfully present in our country are granted the right to vote and soon command legislative voting districts or even a state......
If I am elected President, my first acts will be to free the Border Patrol, disbar Johnny Sutton and fully fund the wall. I’m not running, and I approved this message.
About 40% of the Border Patrol is Hispanic...but not just Mexican-American. There are Puerto Ricans, Cuban-Americans, Central Americans, too.
Interesting is that Johnny Satan (who is a buddy of Bush) is targeting Hispanic BP agents.
Funny that Aleman seems to be the only one prosecuted for doing what millions of illegals already do.
I saw Sutton on one of the FNC shows last week — could have been O’Reilly. He did not look like my kind of govt. agent, either. I didn’t like him at all, and his arguments seemed specious. I would have guessed him to be a Dem, if I hadn’t known better.
I absolutely agree! A VERY appropriate description.
To use a baseball analogy, do you hate the pitcher because he's good or simply because he struck out your favorite batter?
I think most conservatives strongly oppose the idea of “getting convictions for the sake of the rate of convictions”. He should seek justice not a high conviction rate. If that’s what Sutton does, then that is why he is unfit for the GWB appointment in El Paso.
Check this out. Prof. Corsi has discovered (if the above number is true) that prosecutors at the Federal level tend to bring to court cases they think they can win.
At least, the two named in this article.
Sutton fit your screen name. He did not seem logical, or professional in his presentation. He raised my hackles and my antenna went up, just listening to him and watching him. I didn’t believe a word he said.
I didn’t see it, so I can’t comment. Judging from his record most juries feel otherwise.
OUCH! That's going to leave a mark.
