Reid doesn’t have a clue about who is or isn’t a competent military officer. The little turd’s entire skill set consists of how to be a pain in the ass to the reasonable citizens of this country.

Voters couldn't possibly have been affirming Democratic policy on Iraq, because there was no discernible Democratic policy on Iraq, other than to undercut all aspects of the Bush policy and offer no alternatives.

The Democrats aren't capable of following a discernible policy because they gear all policy actions based on the Yellin Theory of Government. That is, whoever is yelling the loudest at the moment is the one who gains their attention. The Democrats are a rudderless ship in a sea of problems that require concentration and deep thought to solve. The Democrats are incapable of either.

We shall just have to treat Harry Reid for what he is - a mean-mouthed, small-minded person, for whom it is entirely appropriate to call to account for all this kind of insensitive, mendacious, and childish language and behavior.

There is nothing particularly brave, or even decent, about this endless criticism of those of whom he knows nothing. And his presumptions that the war in Iraq is “lost”, that General Pace and General Petraeus are “incompetent”, what is his yardstick to measure THAT?

Perhaps, before criticizing Harry himself, someone should walk a mile in his shoes. That way, you will be a mile away, and have his shoes. Absolutely nothing else of value could be taken away from such an exercise.

Then it should be no problem handing Harry back some of his own. Really, Harry Reid as Majority Leader of the Senate, manages to make Trent Lott look almost statesmanlike.

Who writes Harry’s lines, anyway? Whatever they are paying that person, it’s not enough.

Reid is a VILE, VENIAL, and Evil little man.

That's probably one of the nicer remarks he's heard in a long time.

I can never understand why the dems made him their leader. All you have to do is listen to his voice to come to the conclusion that he does not have the voice of a leader, but instead that of a wimp

Many people don’t know this but reid is a former amateur middleweight boxer.

He was so confident in his boxing abilities that he used to rent out the bottoms of his shoes for advertising space.

He went back to the corner all bloody in one fight and his trainer said “Keep it up, he ain’t laid a hand on ya.” Reid replied “Well keep your eye on the referee then cause someone is kickin the sh*t outta me.”

Reid eventually gave up boxing because his hands went bad from the referee stepping on them.. :-)

But one thing is clear. Voters couldn't possibly have been affirming Democratic policy on Iraq, because there was no discernible Democratic policy on Iraq, other than to undercut all aspects of the Bush policy and offer no alternatives.

Flawed premise. The Dims don't have to have a policy and it was to their advantage not to.

The voter doesn't necessarily require the minority party to have any policy at all.

Could be but I sincerely believe that his mini stroke has clouded his judgement.

Guys this is to give Hillary the presidency, divide the party and get republicans to not show up for elections.

Vote Ron Paul if you are really mad about this. They don’t want him in, and BUSH doesn’t care. Bush is trying to do something so he can implement MARTIAL LAW. He wins either way.

Congress needs to stop all lawmaking and impeach BUSH.

We should treat Harry for what he is. A common thief hiding behind a flawed ideolgy which enables him to use the US treasury as his personal piggy bank.

Nothing more, nothing less.
