He was arrested October 30th? What took so long? traffic coming into the US?
Gotta love the Marines. No whining. Glad the family is reunited, and so far, I vote Hunter.

There were rallys here in San Diego, for the Mexican government to free this Marine, including a large caravan going to the Mexican border, with intentions of stopping traffic going into Mexico, however, the CHP soon stopped that, but would not reign in Other groups disrupting traffic for Mexican causes..It was a neat rally, I was glad I could participate, and ever happier Sgt. Johnston was finally free...

Thanks. I guess I should brush up on my reading comprehension skills. So it was a little over two weeks. I would think the Mexicans could have figured out the error sooner than that. But thank goodness they didn't keep him for years.

It is good to see that Duncan Hunter actively petitioned the Mexican court to save him. His heart was in the right place even before the Minutemen shined the spotlight on our problems with Mexico.
