Right... just like Jimmy "Peanut Brain" Carter, who had military experience, vs Reagan who had none. A smart chief executive sets the vision and lets the "experts" who serve under him decide on the best way to implement/specifics. It is shear kookiness to think you be be an all-wise/all-knowledgable one leading the world's only hyper power. One reason Carter was such a big failure because he tried to mico-manage.
