Three: The San Diego fence worked as it was supposed to. It simply isn't long enough to keep people out completely. As I said your own words contradict your statements.

The more fence the better it will work.

I responded to your post because when I see stupid statements I have to respond. If you no longer wish me to respond to any of your post on FR either A: stop posting on this forum, or B: stop making stupid statements that have little, if no, truth to them.

My suggestion to you is quit being a knee jerk nutter. I am in support of a complete border fence and my original post did nothing to impune that position.

If you don’t agree the SD border fence diverted traffic east (a pretty benign acknowedgement IMHO) then you got a problem and it’s organic.

Take the blinders off and quit shooting your own troops. It’s people like you that give the border security crowd a bad image.

What the hell are you talking about? Shooting my own troops? Yes the fence deverted illegals, that was what it was intended to do, so it worked, a longer fence will work better. I suggest you get a new brain because your post is incoherent and mostly unitelligible!

Charles has come around to what many on FR have been saying for the past few years and especially during the Shamnesty debates.

The fence is only like 12 miles long, all it did was divert the local traffic normally going over at San Ysidro and moved it to the east of Otay Mesa and the longhallers east to Calexico and all the way through to Nogales AZ. Yes, the fence did so much good we now have 25 million illegals in this country. I don't have a problem with the fence and I'm glad they built it, but to infer it did any good at keeping out the illegals is pure fantasy. All it did was put a fork in the road. The problem will only be solved when the entire border is double fenced with electronic and human surveillance.
