Well, it could be... maybe sometime during the foreplay (ewwwww!) and slaughtering the Shiite hit the fan, and that’s how the E. Coli was spread throughout the restaurant.

We had a restaurant called the "China Bear" closed down a few years ago when the Health department found skinned cats hanging in the walk-in freezer.

I live in a small town in NC. We have a goat farm on the outskirts of town and it is common to see a bunch of Mexicans out there picking out their cabrito while it is still on the hoof. They mark the poor beastie with a spray paint X and arrange for pick up at a later time. When driving by you can tell the ones who are not long on this earth by the colorful X on their sides.
