I am sure it is a very similar situation, and he has seen so many changes this past year. He seems to me to be a person who likes his “rut”...in other words doesn’t like to change directions or people who work for him unless absolutely necessary. I don’t consider that a bad trait...it is one of loyalty and being resolute. :D
