Actually, most AMERICAN metal musicians lean conservative. I think even Ozzy himself does, on the show he and Jack both seemed to like guns and be generally of the libertarian/leave me the hell alone stripe of right-wingedness.
I think Sharon’s viewpoint is that of an anti-war fag hag (she’s good friends with Elton John and opposes the war, as does Ozzy from what I understand.)
