Desperate jump? Hysteria? I don’t know what medication you are on, but it isn’t working. Who is desperate? Who is hysterical? I have seen no desperation or hysteria.
I have not a doubt in the world that your man will announce sometime - why should he do it now? He’s getting a free ride by the Soros media! If he announced he’d no longer get all these freebies because the media would be forced to give equal time to the legitimate candidates, who are spending their money, and giving their time now. Thompson’s delay in announcing is smart for that reason, I agree - smart, but somewhat devious as well, IMO.

Diet Coke, though I prefer Diet Pepsi, but Coke was on sale this week.
So you don't see hysteria when you turn on any of the 3 cable news channels? Analysis of who believes in Creationism, what religion the candidates belong to, what Hillary's campaign theme song is going to be, how black Obama is, who McCain is most likely to punch out (I threw that one in), who is going to pardon Scooter Libby, etc?
As all this goes on, we get "Hurry Fred, hurry. You're going to be out of it Fred. Announce Fred quickly! Mitt is ahead of you in Iowa Fred. S*** or get off the pot Fred".
To me, that is also hysterical. And to succumb and believe this would, to me, be a desperate jump into the race. I'm glad he has remained calm.
We may see different things or have different definitions. Note that I never accused you of being on drugs or resorted to personal attacks when we have disagreed.
