Are you in the northeast? I’ve been to Wal-Marts there and that is common place. Here in the southeast we have clean stores with plenty of tortillas and chorizo and lots of parking lot whores and beggers.....
We are in the NW. You would think with the money Walmart makes they would have clean bathrooms and stores everywhere.
