I am not sure I was first, but I wistfully suggested that Fred run sometime in October or November of last year. Others agreed it would be great, but none of us thought there was even a chance he would actually run.
perhaps it was you because that is how I remember it. Kind of out of the blue suggestion, but very intriguing.
