Atlanta -- Wearing nothing but boxer shorts during a display of passion that's bound to raise a few eyebrows and turn lots of heads, PETA's Mike Brazell and his partner, Jonathan Frank, will passionately make out in a bed set up outside the main entrance to the Peachtree Center Mall. While the not-so-discreet couple is getting it on beneath a banner that reads, "Vegetarians Make Better Lovers," PETA members will hand out leaflets and vegetarian starter kits to gaping passersby. Brazell and Frank want people to know that they can do themselves?and animals?a big favor by going vegetarian. It's all part of PETA's Gay Make-Out Tour.

What's so sexy about going vegetarian? Besides the fact that heart disease, strokes, diabetes, obesity, and various types of cancer?which have all been conclusively linked to the consumption of meat and other animal products?aren't exactly turn-ons, eating meat is responsible for an enormous amount of animal suffering and can also cause impotence in humans. Cholesterol and animal fat slow the flow of blood to all the body's vital organs?not just to the heart.
"What could be more of a turn-on than snuggling up to someone who's both passionate and compassionate?" asks Brazell. "It's veggie burgers in the kitchen for a whopper in the bedroom!"
Truly bizarre.
It would be great if some FReepers in Atlanta could crash or counter-demonstrate against these freaks.
And why, exactly, is public homo-sex necessary to promote vegetarianism?

And of course we all know how healthy and wholesome anal sex is.
Seems like Pridefest would be a good place for straight guys to wear these too.

Getting feces on my instrument while having sex and catching AIDS from a homo’s butt doesnt exactly do much for most men as turn-one either.
If I were this couple(Thank God I am not) I would worry a bit more about STD’s, AIDS, and Herpes than I would about

i lived with a vegan for a couple semesters. she was a prfect little elf of a girl. but the smells that came out of her body could strip the paint off a dump truck.
