Breaking the law as a means of protest is at best, inadvisable.
I’m not so sure she broke a law. There was obviously no criminal intent. Clearly, she was not intending to commit fraud. After all, she wrote the word “VOID” on the dog’s ballot. She was merely making the point that vote fraud is an easy crime to commit. She has done a great service. the only problem is the election office and the legislature looks pretty stupid that such fraud is so easy to commit.
You did notice that she was not charged with vote fraud, didn’t you?
