When David Rosen was tried, they didn’t have this tape. Rosen got away with saying he didn’t know how much Peter had spent. Had the prosecutor not thrown the case like the 1919 Black Sox, he would have called Kelly Craighead, Hillary, Peter, and Aaron Tonken. Rosen was part of the conference call on July 11 in which Peter was solicited and the cost was discussed as over a million dollars. Rosen didn’t know? My butt.

This evidence was not available to the FEC when they cleared Hillary. It was not available to the Senate Ethics Committee, which simply used the flawed FEC investigation to say Hillary did nothing wrong.

This tape is going to be the subject of a new FEC complaint and a complaint to the Senate Ethics Committee.
