Tim, How about honoring your treaties and letting American Indian tribes freely start and run businesses from their land instead of having to spend millions on paperwork and lawyers, something that smaller tribes cannot afford.

The IT department I work for was going to get one since they were giving them away for free. We later found out it would cost thousands of dollars for shipping so we dropped the idea.
