That's fine. I'm both a Christian conservative (somewhere to the right of all the Republicans running for president combined) and a Doctor. Neither truth need be sacrificed in this debate. Unfortunately I see a lot of people with an agenda putting their kids at unnecessary risk. They should have the freedom to make that choice regarding the HPV vaccine. But spreading half-truths and outright lies about the thing based on WND and Judicial Watch articles is wrong.

I guess so! I read about this a couple months back when Merck was trying to get Texas to make Gardasil mandatory. I read quite a bit. It was scary that Merck was lying and trying to beat a competitor to the market without proper testing.

I had read that the homosexual community is interested in this vaccine. Multiple partners seems to increase the spread dramatically in both women and men.

Depends on how much of the hype that you believe. The last thing that I read a few months back was some idiot statement like "80% of women over 50 have the virus and don't know it". WHAT? Then how do THEY know these women have it?!
