He is guilty and will be proven so in a court of law. He is entitled to a fair trial, but that is all.

I agree with you. But, he won't get a trial if the press convicts him before the facts are in. A good lawyer can use the excuse of "no impartial jury can be found" or some other hogwash like that.

I don’t see how the press convicts him if they aren’t getting any facts. The local sheriff apparently leaked some valuable info and now the law enforcment and DA are scrambling to cover themselves.
