From my understand his bishop has spoken to him numerous times. I have read that he even was thinking about reassigning him to another parish.
Something needs to be done.

They need to reassign him to the tiny church in Chilili NM. It was founded in 1801, seats about 15, and if he spouts off about guns the locals will feed him to pigs.
