AP calls the use of chemical weapons on civilians and villages as "scorched earth". Do these people have a moral compass? Are they really so unwilling to make a judgment against vicious mass murderers? Sadly, yes.

Iraq doesn’t need to hang evil people or to have an electric chair. They need electric bleachers. All of those who use car bombs to kill masses of people should be made to sit on these bleachers.
