This Levitical connection is confirmed both in the Gospel of Luke and also in the Koran, which also confirms that Mary traveled to the East to give birth to Jesus in fulfillment of Old Testament prophecy. Marys Levitical and Davidic lineage meant that Jesus was therefore eligible to be both King and High-Priest, also in fulfillment of Scriptural prophecy.
British royal family, eh?
Challenge.
Ah, the DaVinci Code redux...

Any chance you’re in the market for a nice bridge in Brooklyn? How about a slightly worn Nazi cup?
BTW. Herbert W. Armstrong plagarized all that British-Israelism stuff.
Not to split hairs, but 2000-some years ago there was no “British royal family” since there was no Britain.
Which royal family do you have in mind? The Windsors? The Hanovers? The Tudors?
The "British Royal Family" (there have been several) wasn't/isn't Davidic.

The king can't be the high priest. This is a violation of Halakhah. Furthermore the only "messianic prophecies" about a "messiah" who is both king and priest are the claims of the "new testament" about the "old testament," not in the Hebrew Bible itself. Mashiach will be a Davidic king--period.
And British-Israelism is garbage.
