20% of who? If you support this bill you are by definition not a conservative.

In any given group, roughly 5% are criminals and 15% are clueless. For Lieberals, the percentages are much higher. One would think for conservatives, the percentages would be much lower.

Great news! The poll numbers are sinking for this turkey of a bill. Kill the turkey.

It is opposed by 52% of Republicans, 50% of Democrats, and 48% of unaffiliateds. So, 150% of the voting public is against this bill!
Take the hint Jorge, AND DROP IT!!

Kill the Bill Vol I and II this thing has more lives than a siamese cat, 22% in favor, and 80% of conservatives are opposed to this merde’ and yet they plow forward and send out fundraising letters that are falling on deaf ears.
They don’t “get” it.

Voters on the left AND the right mostly oppose this bill. Barbara Boxer is ashamed to be seen voting for it, although she may pull a bait & switch with her cloture vote. The only people who are for it are illegal Mexicans, extreme otherworldly bleeding heart liberals, and big business.
The only reasons why congress may be willing to pass it are huge bribes and payoffs from big business and idiot visions of a North American Union on the part of some establishment politicians like, apparently, Bush.

For weeks, the DBM has been railing against all the “racist” Republicans who oppose this bill. Come to find out, Democrats are just as “racist” as the Republicans.

Wow. If the Senate passes this thing they will be alienating the entire nation, not just Republicans. They must be really tuned out!

“Just 32% believe it would be better to pass the current bill instead of doing nothing.”
The Rovian/Bush/Chertoff/Democrat meme is working a little.

I got another one today. It went back sans dollars and on their stamp. AND I told 'em why!

I favor permanently stalling this bill!

Imagine how many would be against if they all the details were widely known and understood.

I know the Washington crowd is very out of touch with most of the rest of the country but I find it almost unbelievable that they refuse to get the message on this bill. There is something big brewing over immigration in this nation and it may just be a big conservative rebirth. People are sick and tired of giving our sovereignty and culture away to a bunch of in your face illegals.

....Except when Rasmussen says something we DON’T agree with.
Then it’s just a useless poll.
To: Biblebelter
Imagine how many would be against if they all the details were widely known and understood. Yeah, try finding the details in your local paper. The MSM is burying this whole story, because the bill stinks beyond their ability to spin it favorably. Relegate it to a few paragraphs on Page A5, cross their fingers and hope no one notices. If someone does notice, cite talk radio for hyperbole.
