Absolutely amazing to read!

To think civilians were still living in such a place rigged...? Fear or cooperation on their part?

Micheal Gordon came over about a year ago to cover the Marines in Al Anbar. His HMMWV was number 2 or 3 behind a vehucle that hit a big IED killing a couple of Marines. He did a good job of covering it but when he got back to Al Asad you could see that the war was more “personal” for him. Still a liberal though...

One more reason to pull the troops back 2 clicks and call in an B52 strike. They should flatten the place and concentrate on mopping up after the dust settles.

yes i can just see the insurgents waiting for b52 runs

the whole idea is to draw in fire get civilians attacked then call in cnn

works all day long

now our new strategy by the elites thousands of miles away is to have redeployment

pretty soon will be deploying to our own homes
