One nice thing about Aliso Viejo is that it used to be fairly illegal free a few years ago when I lived there. I recall when most everywhere was illegal free.
Memories of old America.

That sounds all great and good.....
But you and I know...that's probably not going to happen in our neighborhoods.

Deport him to a deserted desert isle, somewhere in the Pacific, far from the shipping lanes.
Do an airlift. Drop him out of the airplane without a chute.

Notice he was not deported following his prison release. They just opened the gate ans let him out.
I love whoreldo’s defense, “there are fewer illegals in prision than legal residents ..DUH there are fewer of them .

Americans are in for a shock when they experience this third world crime avalanche! This third world poverty that this country is importing accepts crime and corruption as a normal everyday occurrence.

Unfortunately, no.
I’m sick of child molesters and abusers getting away with it.

I visited Bogota some years ago, and people couldn’t even hang out their laundry and leave it unattended. You don’t open the door to answer it, you yell through it.
All the houses had barred windows, the stone walls surrounding some farms were covered with broken glass to keep out thieves, my friend parked his car in their underground attached garage and took the ignition wire with him into the house every night, even though it was locked in and their bedroom was just above it.
You’re a prisoner in your own home.

I'm with you.....
Really I am...
If I was a judge...and had the ability to sentence to death...I'd do it..in many cases like this.
Obviously it would depend on past history, present history, etc..etc....
No different than aggravated rape in my opinion.....I'd have no problem with sending them to their death.
Most probably wouldn't want me to be King.
My stance was from the law's perspective.........( The law is an ass....)

With the number of repeat offenders, we could probably cut the incidence of this kind of thing in half if we dealt with it properly the first time.
Harsh punishment may not be a deterrent, but it’ll guarantee no repeat performances.
It’s a start.

If we could cut it in half or close to that, that would be a start....We could certainly stop repeat offenders, if we handled them like they deserved......as you've said.
I'm with you....
