Haha, yes I believe it does. Last semester I took a communications class, and my professor who was a strong Libertarian (rare on a college campus) told us in most cases that if someone blinks out of control they are lieing. He told us if we want an example of that just to watch any Nancy Pelosi interview. I laughed out loud, most of my classmates however didn’t think it was funny, and some didn’t know who Nancy Pelosi was.

Yeah Nancy Pelosi blinking like she is sending morse code with that high of a blink rate. Anyone remember if BIll CLinton had a bunch of blinking going on during the impeachment hearings. I vaguelly recall that time and I seem to remember him blinking A LOT.
