I think it was clear that the senator “didn’t” read the entire bill and “didn’t” read the heritage report. HE SAID SO. End of story. Hannity THEN beat it to death. He needed to go on to the next question.

After skating, blustering, and bloviating on this question, that’s when Voinovich really went off the shallow end headfirst and pulled some figures out of his butt, about how 30-40% of the illegals didn’t want to be US citizens would go home after 10 months and never collect social security anyway.
