What gives?

It’s about time. The forced busing of students who live near a school to schools many miles away has been asinine.

Gee, that sounds racist. :)

How did the Court vote on this? 5-to-4?

That’s good news but there is a bigger fight to save the country going on in the Senate right now.

These are ‘breaking news’ stories from Fox News. Until they provide a link, nothing I can do.

It was just announced and is a huge story. I’m sure there will be links to the decision soon.

No matter what problems people have with Bush, his USSC nominations will b his most enduring legacy.

I agree. It is the Supreme Court. They say this ruling is biggest in 50 years ... since ‘Brown vs. Board of Education’.

The “school lots” were set out for a reason...It was ALWAYS the intention to provide neighborhood schools. No horses allowed in them school yards....Just bring a log or two for the fire.
