I suspect that everyone blowing this off and downplaying it would be doing the exact opposite if the person in question was Edwards, Kerry, Hillary, etc.I doubt any of them actually drive.

I think it was George Carlin that once said that dogs were easy for man to domesticate because they knew that we would invent cars for them to ride in with their heads out the window. That’s why they started hanging out with us.
