Excellent! Reid & Pelosi can set a fine example for the rest of us by tearing down their lavish mansions and moving into small apartments in inner city DC. This will save enormous amounts of energy. It surely must rape the environment and contribute massively to global warming to heat & cool those mansions. Next, Reid & Pelosi can sell all their cars and either walk or ride the city bus to work every morning. Then, stop talking those charter flights back home. Fly commercial, preferably coach. In fact, if they really want to set an example, they should hop on a Greyhound bus next time they want to go back home to CA or NV.
Only when they do these things will I take anything they say on this subject as just demagogic posturing.
