'Honest' Obama

WASHINGTON -- U.S. Sen. Barack Obama says he doesn't favor impeachment proceedings for President George W. Bush and Vice President Cheney.
Obama made that comment Thursday in response to a question asked at a meeting in Washington with his Illinois constituents.
The Illinois Democrat said he's distressed by the Bush administration's ethical standards and secrecy. But the presidential hopeful says impeachment should be reserved for "grave" breaches of the president's authority.
Both Obama and Sen. Dick Durbin said having to deal with month after month of impeachment hearings wouldn't be in the best interest of America.
Obama said there's a better way for unhappy Americans to deal with elected officials. He said they can "vote the bums out."

I've seen lots of poople lately on FR who disagree with Obama.
How brilliant of Obama—considering thath there’s nothing [that I know of] to impeach about.
I get so sick of people tossing the word “impeach” around. It’s a serious business, not to be taken lightly.
This clown knows that they don’t have the votes or the evidence for impeachment and it is time to call these clowns out.
Whew! That was close. I thought our President was a goner for sure.

I thought Obamalama weighed in on the side of impeachment not too long ago. Must have misread the article.
You can also deal with folks who are incompetent by not electing them in the first place, Osama.

It must be really difficult to be a Dem candidate.
You know that you need the support of the moonbat community, but you also need to show some evidence of having a brain.
Show too much sense...loose the moonbats. Pander to the moonbats...make promises you couldn’t possibly keep.
So you have to go out to the public and lie. Or obfuscate. Or otherwise walk on eggshells.
At the end of the day, they must feel...so dirty.
Either that or they like it.
