I sure could use lots of that right now. With this torn rotator cuff on the same arm, I could use some TLC. I had PT yesterday and when I got up today, I could barely move my arm plus I have numbness in my “pointer” finger and that does not help matters. We leave Tuesday morning for Seattle. My house is a disaster but I am not going to do anything that will do more damage to this area before our trip. Will have to have surgery on it after we get back. So, I am not looking forward to that at all! Maybe my angels will clean house for me while we are gone. My grandson is already out there and granddaughter leaves Sunday morning and we leave early Tuesday morning. We go from here to Memphis, then to Detroit and then to Seattle. BTW, this is the same arm I had surgery on in Aug. 2005.
Sorry about your shoulder. I had that surgery about 5 years ago after years of not being able to lift my arm as far as my waist. It was a relief to have it done...at least after the initial pain subsided and the PT was over. I have full range of motion now. Prayers that your surgery will be successful!
