In order to join the military, the person has to have permanent resident status, i.e., be here legally. Therefore, they can sponsor their spouse and children and others even without citizenship. Once a person is a citizen, I see no way legally to prevent them from sponsoring other relatives under the existing immigration laws, i.e., chain migration. You must change it for everyone, not just those who served in the military.
Like this ever growing, intrusive government, open lawless borders, taxes, regulations, gun control etc, this will not end. This intrusive government will keep coming at us, and continue to control this country they way they see fit.
You see our government became way to big, and is being controlled by those that have private agendas, driven by power, greed and control, with little desire to represent what is left of working class America.
I doubt DREAM could pass, even CA couldn’t do that one. But they will try.
I can’t believe they think curing the immigration problem is to tell a bunch of illiterates to go to college.

Some are pretty interesting, such as there were pretty scared when they thought they would have to check in and wondered about their SS# and identity theft. I believe I saw that someone assured them they would not be charged for identity theft.
