Superior Court Judge Barbara Roberts read a stipulation to that effect to the jury after the woman's San Francisco attorney, Rafael Crespo Jr., had asked her on the witness stand whether the reason that she couldn't pay her medical bills was because she couldn't work.

Sounds like the illegal wanted a payout from the store.

Hey! Family values don't stop at the Rio Grande. She's just looking to make a better life for herself and her family. She's really a hard working person doing jobs that Americans are too lazy to do. /sarcasm
