"...ping to post #121; I think you're spot on, gonzo. Now, how sad is that?..."

Well, it's not so sad as much as it is a revelation. 'We're on our own' just means that we now can be sure that our Government simply does NOT take the 'War-on-Terror' seriously. Americans who do had better wake-up, and be prepared to defend themselves, because our Government won't!

After 9/11, I too thought that Bush was looking for a big rock, and sorta expected that Saudi-Arabia would be re-named 'Texaco' by now. After the initial sucesses in Afghanistan and Iraq, it looked like we were gonna be serious about putting the 'hurt' on ALL of islam. They hit us, and it was an 'object-lesson' for us - so we give them an 'object-lesson' back, only 1000 times bigger!

It didn't happen, and our progress slowed to a crawl.

We're in a war, but started prosecuting our own soldiers for fighting the war to win. Abu-Graib(sp?) - who cares? Marines killed some combatants? - GOOD JOB! "Now get the lawyers in here, and turn this into a 'democracy-building', 'peace-keeping' mission, and let Moolah-Sadr go loose." Insanity? - you bet!

There's no doubt that the USA has been, and is doing wonderful things in Iraq, for the Iraqis, but if we fast-forward to today, we've seen our politicos commit near-treason in their attempts to derail our 'War-on-Terror', and suffer no consequences. Our enemies laugh at them, and continue their war on us.

We've seen our so-called leaders and our President campaign again for yet another stupid 'Shamnesty' bill without regard to all the lying bills they've passed in the last twenty years, and they still haven't built a secure border! The illegal aliens laugh at them, and continue to flood into America, and some of them are enemy combatants!

We are on our own, and with 'political-correctness', 'diversity', 'hate-crimes', 'tolerance', and even 'hate-speech' being forced on us daily, things are gonna get worse. We're on our own, and we're gonna have to take care of ourselves. Now, count those mosques in your neighbourhoods, and be careful ...................... FRegards

"More Moslems came, and soon a small mosque was built, which attracted yet others. As long as Zoroastrians remained in the majority, their lives were tolerable; but once the Moslems became the more numerous, a petty but pervasive harassment was apt to develop. This was partly verbal, with taunts about fire-worship, and comments on how few Zoroastrians there were in the world, and how many Moslems, who must therefore posses the truth; and also on how many material advantages lay with Islam. The harassment was often also physical; boys fought, and gangs of youth waylaid and bullied individual Zoroastrians. They also diverted themselves by climbing into the local tower of silence and desecrating it, and they might even break into the fire-temple and seek to pollute or extinguish the sacred flame. Those with criminal leanings found too that a religious minority provided tempting opportunities for theft, pilfering from the open fields, and sometimes rape and arson. Those Zoroastrians who resisted all these pressures often preferred therefore in the end to sell out and move to some other place where their co-religionists were still relatively numerous, and they could live at peace; and so another village was lost to the old faith."

"...More Moslems came, and soon a small mosque was built, which attracted yet others..."

It's a rational choice that the muzzies make when they come to America, yet refuse to assimilate. It's part of their cult-culture to just move in like parasites, enjoy the benefits of modern life, and wait for the other 10% of them to kill the host.

About two or three weeks ago, I recall hearing Bush mention the word: 'Caliphate' as one of his off-the-cuff remarks. He understands what that means, and still chose to champion a 'shamnesty' bill that would result in even more illegal-immigration, probably including the worst of the muzzies. I don't understand his thinking, and I don't want to say that he intentionally wants more muzzies, but ...

I'm encouraged by a coupla things that happened recently, that reinforced my belief in the strength of America. On March 17th this year, the paid-for, anti-war, nutbar-moonbats scheduled a protest march that would start at the Viet-Nam War Memorial, and end at the Pentagon. About 3000 moonbats showed-up on their busses, and about 300 made it to the pentagon - it WAS cold!

When the word got out (?) that the moonbats might desecrate the Memorial, about 30,000 Americans traveled to DC at their own expense to protect it! The 'anti-war' crap essentially ended that day, and Cindy Shithead has quit the business (and it is a business)!

In just the last two weeks, we witnessed an outpouring of anger by 'We-The-People' against an arrogant 'ruling-elite' who were trying to fool us again with yet another piece of stupid, lying, legislation. America refused to be fooled again!

The rugged individualism that so characterizes America is alive and well. We may be 'on our own', but that's OK. We're good at it .......................... FRegards

“Such is the language of diplomacy. “

Such is the language of BS. You may as well try to peddle that propaganda elsewhere. No one is buying it anymore.

Last time I checked, we don’t coddle serial killers. And in Texas where Jorge claims his home, they fry murderers.

All terrorists are Muslims. Hence, muslims are serial killers. There is no excuse for the POTUS to be pandering to serial killers.

What Jorge is doing is not diplomacy. It is a pathetic display of weakness to pander to an enemy most Americans have no problem identifying.

accurate observations, all, gonzo. I guess I should pay attention to mosques in my neighborhood....I'm not aware of any, but I think I'll start looking... Have a great day!

"...and even who we'll be fighting - our domestic muzzies or our own LEOs or Military."

Maybe both.
