Is it just me or are the remaining terrorists less competent than their forebearers? We must be doing a pretty good job of killing off the smart terrorists, and the dumb terrorists do a good enough job of killing themselves.
And didn’t we take care of their trainging camps... The new ones aren’t getting the kind of high quality training the old ones had...
