I recognize nearly all the regular callers by voice- we have never had so many new callers, so damn mad they could hardly talk.
Their voices shook with anger, disgust, and revulsion that so many of our so-called “representatives” could act in such an insensitive, high-handed fashion towards the people they allegedly represent.
Will they remember all this come the next election?
I can’t say, except to say that if they do, incumbents- regardless of party- are in a heap O’ trouble.”
This is EXACTLY why I say that the so-called “Death of the Senate Bill” issues are, IMO, only temporary, will be THE most important issue leading into ‘08, and I believe that the winner of the primary and 2008 elections will be the Republican candidate who’s previous proven record and clearest ‘no amnesty’ message, reflect the STRONGEST PRO BORDER SECURITY, ANTI-ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION AND ANTI-CFR/NAU position to the American people.
Since there is NO Democratic candidate who brings this to the table, if Republicans unite behind THE Republican candidate who does, we CAN WIN ‘08!!!
But we cannot push another ‘bush’ and therefore, that candidate IMO, can NOT and must NOT be another Open Borders Lobby...CFRer or NAFTApusher.
