Does anyone know why they wanted to pass this P.O.S. so bad?

And now that it is dead WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO ENFORCE EXISTING LAWS (like they promised they would enforce this new law???)

Because they are binary vampires who live off the bits and bytes of vanity posts about the immigration bill.

IMO, they wanted a Federal law that would override growing local regulation controlling illegals.

They never wrote it. That would explain why Dianne Feinstein objected to reading an Amendment, because then someone would have actually had to write the bill first! LOL!

“Does anyone know why they wanted to pass this P.O.S. so bad?”

That was one of the problems — we knew that it was poorly thought out since it changed so fast that no one knew what was in it.

Yes...it was a Trojan Horse for OPEN borders. Open borders are essential for a North American Union.

They just wanted us to be one big happy global family, dontcha know.

What the heck was in that turd that they wanted to pass so bad????

The least of it was amnnesty (bad enough). The magic bullet was that it would have allowed another 100-200 million more immigrants into the country to "do the work that Americans aren't doing" for big business.

i’ve wondered the same,

there must be more to it than corporate slave labor, creating a second class citizenship for Rome and uneducated democrap voters needed to elect hitlery queen, with jorge bush and teddy falling over themselves trying to ram this down our throats and ‘pay no attention to the man behind the curtain’don’t bother to read it!!oh yeah and lets allow MS-13 gangbangers to be citizens as well

what!! you dont like that . we’ll you must all be racists!

All i can figure is that hitlery and calderone have pics of jorge dancing nude on a barstool somewhere after doing a few lines.

(ps what happens when the US economy falls into recession and i decide I’ll mow my own yard)

The amnesty part itself. Municipalities like Hazleton, Pa., Trrant and Wise counties, Tx. and the entire state of Oklahoma are moving to enforce immigration themselves to a large extent. the federal government makes immigration standards, but it no more has a constitutional monopoly in dealing with people outside of that standard than it has a monopoly on murder enforcement. If the Federal government can not make all the illegals legal, then enforcement will happen, even without them. That is what all this is about, and why they are so frantic.

It is all about buying votes. Both Democrats and Republicans are desperate to get votes since the elections have been so close. They see illegal immigrants as an untapped source of voters and hope to swing Hispanic voters to their side.

The only thing is that those who have gone through the legal process are proud that they have and many feel that giving the illegals amnesty demeans their own efforts.

I'm ticked about it since my kids couldn't get their first jobs in this area because the illegals are all at the corners undercutting them. We sent our son for a European vacation so he would have something to do and my daughter had to leave near grandparents in a major city to get her first job before college.

The whole illegal alien thing sucks. We were lied about border security in 1986 and they think I will be fooled again.

Cut away all the gymnastics of the language and what you have at the end is the real aim of the entire immigration issue. The production and distribution of a biometric citizen identification card. Something the legit citizens of the USofA have feared, with good reason, for decades.

The bill is full of great things that are to be done, if funds are made available, but paragraphs down is the ability to study the hardships of these actions may cause on the Mexican side of the border. The impact on economy, law enforcement, blah, blah, blah. Which will allow for the immediate cease of all those great enforcement promises.

There is much more bone chilling information to mull over and take to it's final impact, which is always miles away from it's intended invention. I suggest you study the document closely yourself and imagine the horror of how badly they can manage to twist it's results.

That was a major part of the problem with it.

Apparently, Kennedy, again, was the only Senator who had the full contents. Senators were voting on it without having seen the full, final version.

Even the large 300+ page amendment offered early last week had a similar problem.

Sen. Sessions (again) brought the issue to light when he asked that the amendment be read into the record. The Chair didn't even have a copy. They had to stop everything and go locate a copy. When the bill was finally located, it mysteriously grew from 300+ to over 400 pages.

Reid, again, wanted them to vote on the final without the text being made available.

The amendment was put online in PDF format. I am not sure the entire bill was. It may be now at the legislative archive website.

Different people and groups backed it for different reasons.

But ultimately it all comes down to one thing: MONEY

Cheap labor = Higher Profits = MONEY

More Votes = More Power = MONEY

More Victims & Victim Groups = Larger Poverty Programs = More Power = MONEY

Open Borders = Less Trade Restriction = Higher Profits = MONEY
