They could charge him with health care fraud resulting in death, which carries anything from a few years to a life sentence if convicted, I doubt they will though.

Hell, why couldn't the state of Georgia charge him as an accessory to capital murder? Even if the feds don't bother to prosecute him, the state certainly could.
