"To invalidate the plans under review is to threaten the promise of Brown (v. Board of Education)."

The intent of the people that brought the original suit was equal access to resources allotted to the schools, that is, funds and their share of new materials.

The Brown decision went beyond that, opening the door to all the crazy Utopian social engineering disasters that all be destroyed the educational system in the country, but gave rise to all sorts of other social and cultural pathologies.

The policies of the left destroyed the Seattle school system and reduced the local population to rich and poor. The middle class fled. If you can’t afford private schools..and you valued your kids..then you moved out of Seattle. I doubt this ruling will change much. They will find another way to continue.
