Well, there is one thing Clinton did for which he deserves some praise: Welfare reform. Of course, the bad things he did far outweigh it. Perhaps you forgot, but Clinton was brought "kicking and screaming" to welfare reform, he was totally against it until Dick Morris told him that position was a political loser.

You are absolutely right. Clinton didn’t want to sign welfare reform. The Republican congress had to pressure him into it. Clinton was weak and had to sign it.
We need our Republican congress back.
