Oh they understand it. They just don’t like it. As far as they are concerned, it is a pesky document that interferes wtih their socialist/communist agenda.

Actually, Jackson is right. It says right here in the constitution that "Democrat presidents may sell pardons, may trade pardons for sex, and may pardon assorted sleasebags to cover up corruption by an agriculture secretary. A Republican president, however, is allowed no pardons."
You can find that text right below the sentence that says "Congress shall pass no laws abridging the right of a woman to choose to kill her baby up until it is completely born."
